Call or message your dispatcher. They see the same load you do, and can answer fastest.

• Your login is set up by Hippix Logistix. Ask dispatch if you do not have one yet.
• Forgot your password? On the sign-in page at hippixlogistix.app, enter your email and tap Forgot. A reset link is emailed to you. Or ask dispatch.

• On the app’s home screen, tap Start sharing. Tap Stop sharing to stop. Signing out also stops it.
• On iPhone, choose Allow While Using App, then Change to Always Allow when asked, so dispatch can still see the load with your phone in your pocket.
• On Android, choose Allow all the time for location.
• While sharing is on, iPhone shows a blue location indicator and Android shows a notification.
• If the app says updates are waiting for signal, they will send by themselves once you have coverage again.

• To send a BOL, POD, scale ticket or lumper receipt, open the load and attach a photo. It uploads when you have signal.
• Notifications bring you load offers and updates. You can turn them off in your phone’s settings, but you may miss offers.

Email info@hippixlogistix.com with what you were doing, what happened, and your phone model.

In the Hippix Driver app: Settings, then “Delete my account”. It's deleted straight away and you're signed out. An application still waiting on approval can be withdrawn the same way.

Or by email:

1. Email info@hippixlogistix.com from the address on your account.
2. Use the subject “Delete my account”.
3. We confirm by email once the account is closed.

Closing the account stops all collection and deletes your location history and the personal information we are not required to keep. Delivery, pay and driver qualification records the law requires us to keep are kept for the required period, then deleted. Details are in the privacy policy.
